Oral Presentation Guidelines (In-person)

Authors are requested to submit the abstract (250-300 words) and biography(80-100 words) and your photograph that shows your clear face.

Selected abstract will be presented during sessions lasting for 2 hours. Authors will present their submitted abstracts, and presentations will be moderated by experts in the field. A scientific overview may be included in an oral abstract session, as appropriate, or a moderator may provide a brief transnational summary at the close of a session. Co-mediators will introduce speakers and facilitate audience questions.

Prepare presentations in 16:9 aspect ratio format for wide-screen viewing. It should be the default for PowerPoint on PCs and in Keynote if using a Mac.

Oral presenters will be allocated 25 minutes for their presentation and 5 minutes for questions and answers with the audience. If the presentation exceeds 25 minutes, the moderator will shorten the Q&A period that follows the presentation.

Our experience indicates that up to 13 slides is optimal, allowing 2 minutes per slide. You may choose to use more than 13 slides, but please be sure to complete your presentation within the allocated 25 minutes. The content slides should give an overview of the research with conclusions and future research direction.

Prepare slides that mention the abstract title, your name, university/company, and country.

Speakers must check their slides twice and listen to the audio if they include anything and also check their content, images, etc.

We request the presenting speaker to mention the conference logo on the first and last slide.

Once the PPT is ready kindly email to conference name before 3 days of the conference. The file name should be the presenting speaker's name. Make a backup presentation to bring with you to the conference in a USB flash drive.

Arrive at your session room at least 1 hour before your presentation.

Virtual presenters are requested to join the conference through the given link at least 1 hour before your presentation. This helps in setting up your internet connection.

Virtual presenters are aware of using the Teams platform to share their slides. If you don’t know how to use the platform, we suggest you arrange a call/meeting with the conference manager.

Virtual presenters should share their slides themselves at the time of their presentation.
