Terms of Service
Legal information regarding your participation in Materials Science 2027.
Physical Conferences
- All participants are requested to check the website twice weekly or contact the conference manager for updates.
- Aver Conferences is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings.
- The organization does not cover expenses for registration, accommodation, or travel unless explicitly stated.
- Registered participants are eligible to send a colleague to present if they are unable to attend personally.
- The organization reserves the right to make changes to dates, programs, or cancel the event at any time.
Cancellation & Refunds
- All cancellations/refunds must be sent in writing to the conference manager.
- Refund requests are accepted up to 60 days before the event (February 11, 2027), provided a valid reason is submitted, such as visa rejection or other circumstances beyond the participant’s control.
- Participants are eligible to transfer 40% of the registration fee to the next conference if requested at least 45 days before the event.
- Transfer requests made within 30 days of the conference are not eligible for any credit.
- All refunds are subject to a 10% deduction or a minimum administrative fee of USD 100, whichever is higher.
Postponement
Aver Conferences is not responsible if the event is cancelled/postponed due to natural disasters, sabotage, industrial disputes, or hostilities. Registered participants will be notified of the adjusted plans via email.
Virtual Sessions
Payments for virtual conferences/webinars are non-refundable point-blank, but are transferable to physical/in-person conference registrations.
